How can I terminate an order?
An employee’s rental contract ends automatically after the agreed rental period. Shortly before the contract expires, you as the manager will receive a notification. You can then choose from the following options:
🔁 Extend – You can extend the contract so the equipment remains in use.
📦 Return – onyo will arrange a free one-time pickup of the equipment.
If the employee leaves the company before the contract ends or no longer needs the equipment, you can choose from the following options on the platform:
✅ Buyout offer for the employee – You’ll receive a purchase offer that can be accepted or declined on behalf of the employee.
✅ Use return quota – If your company has a return quota, the rental can be terminated early.
✅ Pay remaining rates – If no other option applies, the remaining rental rates can be paid.
✅ Transfer equipment – You can transfer the equipment to another person within the company.
