Multiple packages per product
Some products are shipped in multiple packages, as they consist of different parts. These packages may arrive separately. Please keep this in mind when receiving your delivery.
Example: Height-adjustable desk
A height-adjustable desk is delivered in 2–3 packages:
✅ 1 package with the tabletop
✅ 1 package with the desk frame
✅ If you ordered a cable tray, it will be shipped in a separate package.
Example: To-Sync chair
A To-Sync chair may be delivered in 1–2 packages:
✅ 1 package with the chair
✅ If you ordered a headrest or seat cover, it will be shipped in a separate package.
What to do if a package is missing?
📦 Wait a little longer – the missing package may arrive later.
