My desk won’t move up or down

If your height-adjustable desk no longer responds, in most cases a recalibration or reset will help. Simply follow the instructions that match your model:

Follow these steps to reset your desk:

1. Only necessary if the desk no longer moves at all: Press and hold the down button for about 10 seconds to activate reset mode.
2. Press and hold the down button until the desk has moved all the way down.
3. Press and hold the down button for about 5 seconds until the desk moves down once and then up again.

Your desk should now be ready for use again.

Yaasa

Follow these steps to reset your desk:

1. Press and hold the down button until the desk reaches the lowest position.
2. Press and hold the down button again for about 5 seconds until “RST” is shown on the display.
3. Press and hold the down button again until the reset is carried out and the lowest height is shown on the display again.

Your desk should now be ready for use again.

Follow these steps to reset your desk:

1. Press and hold the down button until the desk reaches the lowest position.
2. Continue to press and hold the down button for about 15 seconds until the display switches back to the normal view.

Your desk should now be ready for use again.

Follow these steps to reset your desk:

1. Press and hold the down button until the “Reset” symbol as well as a rotating reset symbol appear on the display.
2. Press and hold the down button again. The desk will now slowly move down to the lowest position. It then moves up slightly again and automatically switches back to the normal height display.

Your desk should now be ready for use again.

2. Plug the desk back in and press and hold the down button until the desk is in the lowest position.
