Theft or product damage
If your product was damaged during transport, please report the damage as soon as possible – ideally within 24 hours – via the contact form to Onyo.
🔹 Important:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product.
- These proofs are required for claim processing.
Insurance claim (damage due to drop, water, etc.)
If your product has stopped working due to a drop, water damage, or similar incident, please report it within 24 hours via the contact form to Onyo.
📝 Process:
- You will receive a claim form to fill out.
- The damage must be clearly documented with photos.
Theft
If your product has been stolen:
- Report the theft to the police immediately and provide the serial number.
- Keep the report and submit it to Onyo.
