Clarification of delivery times
A quick note:
Our items have different delivery times, which can vary depending on the product. You will generally receive a tracking link that you can use to track your order's status and see when it is expected to arrive.
On our platform, you can also check the standard delivery time for each item in your order.
Please consider the following:

Freight deliveries (e.g., furniture):
Some larger items, such as furniture, are delivered via freight. In these cases, there is often no tracking link. The freight company will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date. -
Smaller items (e.g., mouse or charging cable):
Some smaller items are sent via standard mail, and in these cases, no tracking link may be available. If your item was shipped by standard mail and hasn’t arrived on the expected delivery date, please wait another day before contacting us. If it still hasn’t arrived, especially if the status says it has been delivered for more than a day, get in touch with us. -
Items with assembly (e.g., desks with assembly service):
Orders with assembly services have a longer delivery time. The item will be sent first to the installer, who will then contact you to schedule a suitable time for the assembly.
